Refund &Cancellation Policy

Perfect Cart offers a Free Plan with core cart features at no cost, and one or more Paid Plans that unlock the full suite of 16 modules (Free Shipping Tracker, Free Gift Unlock, Special Freebie timer, Coupons & Offers, Your Delivery checker, Your Gift Package, Your Rewards loyalty points, and more). Current pricing for each plan is displayed within the App listing on the Shopify App Store and inside the App dashboard before you confirm a plan change.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any point during the trial with zero charge. If you take no action, billing begins automatically when the trial ends, in line with Shopify's billing cycle for your store.

Once your trial ends (or immediately upon selecting a paid plan without a trial, if applicable), your chosen plan is billed monthly through Shopify's Billing API, aligned to your store's existing billing date. Invoices and charge history are visible from your Shopify admin's billing section.

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, the new plan's fee is generally prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle in accordance with Shopify's standard billing proration rules, and the full new fee applies starting the next cycle.

Downgrading to a lower-tier plan or to the Free Plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's modules until the end of the cycle you've already paid for; no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of a downgraded cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the App's in-dashboard billing settings, or by uninstalling the App entirely from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle paid features remain active until that date, after which your store reverts to the Free Plan (or loses access entirely if the App is uninstalled).

The following are generally not eligible for refund: (a) fees for billing periods where the Service was available and functioning as intended, even if usage was low; (b) fees for time already elapsed in a cycle prior to a downgrade or cancellation request; (c) any one-time setup, customization, or onboarding assistance fees explicitly described as non-refundable at the time of purchase, if offered.

Because billing is processed via Shopify's Billing API, payment disputes are generally subject to Shopify's billing and dispute processes. We encourage Merchants to contact our Support page first to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, as chargebacks can result in suspension of App access pending resolution.

To request a refund, visit the Support page and submit a message including: your Shopify store domain, the date and amount of the disputed charge, and a brief description of the issue. Our team typically reviews and responds to refund requests within 1–2 business days, and approved refunds are processed back through the original Shopify billing method within standard banking timeframes (typically 5–10 business days).

Uninstalling the App stops all cart modules from displaying on your storefront immediately. Your App configuration data is retained for up to 30 days in case you choose to reinstall, after which it is permanently deleted from active systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are billed in your store's configured currency. Where applicable, taxes such as VAT or GST may be added in accordance with Shopify's tax handling for app charges and your local tax obligations.
